Henar Alonso Espinaco is a Senior Pricing Manager at JCI, with extensive experience leading high-performing pricing teams and driving profitable growth across complex B2B industries including manufacturing, mining, and automotive.

Previously, as Head of Group Pricing at Sibelco Group, she managed €2B in revenue across 120 production sites in 31 countries, delivering €520M in gains over two years through digital transformation and pricing automation.

Known for combining pricing strategy with analytics and digital innovation, Henar has successfully implemented e-commerce solutions, automated pricing processes using Python and Power BI, and driven cross-functional collaboration between sales, finance, and product teams. She has transformed traditional pricing functions into modern, data-powered organizations, balancing innovation with operational realities.

Henar’s prior roles include Pricing Director for EMEA at Gates, Pricing Leader at Ingersoll Rand, and senior roles at Bobcat and Basell Polyolefins (former joint venture between Shell and BASF), giving her deep expertise in industrial and project-based pricing environments.

Henar holds an MBA from Solvay Business School and a degree in Business Administration.
